About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise-grade applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
The candidate should have hands-on experience in backend service development, frontend application development, event-driven architectures, cloud deployments, CI/CD practices, and modern software engineering methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and enhance Microservices-based applications following industry best practices.
- Develop responsive and reusable UI components using ReactJS.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and OAuth.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following TDD principles.
- Develop unit, integration, and automated test cases.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Implement logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment activities.
Required Technical SkillsBackend Development
- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11.
- Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- Strong experience in developing REST APIs and Web Services.
- Experience building scalable Microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of API Security, JWT Authentication, and OAuth.
- Experience with Exception Handling, Caching, and Performance Optimization.
- Strong understanding of Secure Coding Practices and TDD.
Frontend Development
- Strong experience with ReactJS.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with Redux or Context API.
- Knowledge of API integration, state management, and error handling.
- Familiarity with UI frameworks such as Material UI and Bootstrap.
Messaging & Integration
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
- Experience with Event-Driven Architecture.
- Knowledge of REST, SOAP, and JSON integrations.
Database
- Strong SQL experience.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases is preferred.
DevOps & Cloud
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Monitoring & Observability
- Experience with Datadog.
- Knowledge of centralized logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
