Senior Associate - Python/AngularJS

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and responsible Senior Associate - Python who can design, develop, and deliver scalable applications and complex systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building backend and frontend systems, a proven ability to deliver high-performance solutions, and team leadership experience.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and maintain complex backend systems and scalable applications using Python and modern frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Integrate and deliver frontend components using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) ensuring seamless user experience.
• Architect performant, low-latency systems optimized for scalability, security, and reliability.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting reviews and ensuring engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into technical execution.
• Manage delivery roadmaps and ensure timely execution of projects with structured documentation.
• Explore and integrate AI/ML techniques where applicable to enhance system capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments ensuring stability and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Certifications or exposure in AI/ML will be an advantage.
