Senior Backend Developer - Java/Spring Boot

Job Description :

The successful candidate will work closely with client delivery teams and client stakeholders to design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Must-Have Skills :

• Hands-on software development experience with Java, Spring Boot, and SQL-based databases.
• Strong experience building high-performance REST APIs.
• Experience with messaging, queues, and WebSocket-based communication.
• Must have experience in Capital market.
• Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of server-side architecture, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and production support skills, including root-cause analysis.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies.
• Proven ability to mentor and guide developers.
• Experience in code reviews and technical design discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience leading backend development across multiple projects.
