Senior Data Analyst - SQL/Python

Roles and responsibilities:

• Understands complex utility tariffs, rates and programs and converts these into a model.
• Responsible for analysis of the energy utilization data for cost and usage patterns and derive meaningful patterns.
• Responsible for Maintaining the tariff models with timely updates for price, logic or other enhancements as per client requirement.
• Assist delivery team in validating the input data received from client for modelling work.
• Responsible for Communicating & Co-ordinating with Delivery team.
• Work with Cross functional teams to resolve issues in the Modelling tool.
• Build and deliver compelling demonstrations/visualizations of products.
• Be a lifelong learner and develop your skills continuously.
• Contribute to the success of a rapidly growing and evolving organization.

Requirements:

• Must have 4 years of overall experience as a hands-on Data Analyst.
• Must be highly proficient in advanced Excel complex functions, macros, calculations, and pivots.
• Must have strong hands-on SQL and a good understanding of relational database concepts.
• Must be able to automate routine tasks using Python (for automation purposes).
• Must have exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and logical skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must be able to understand complex data and business logic and convert it into a model (the role models complex utility tariffs, rates, and programs).
• Must have strong verbal and written communication, able to work independently with India- and US-based team members and articulate problems and solutions over calls and email.
• Must be based locally in the Maharashtra belt, as the final round is in person.
