Role Overview:
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI products at a rapidly growing startup based in Delhi NCR. As a Senior Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI-powered solutions, with a strong emphasis on both robust backend systems and intuitive frontend experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend services using Python, designing clean and efficient APIs to power our AI applications.
- Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces with React, ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience for users interacting with complex AI features.
- Leverage AWS cloud infrastructure to deploy, monitor, and optimize our AI/ML models and applications, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) into our product offerings, pushing the boundaries of AI-driven interactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define technical specifications, estimate efforts, and deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business objectives and user needs.
- Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing technical expertise and contributing to the overall growth and development of the engineering team.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling complex applications using Python, with a strong understanding of backend frameworks and API design principles.
- Proficient in modern frontend development, specifically with React and its ecosystem, capable of crafting engaging and performant user interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services for deploying and managing applications, including compute, storage, and database solutions.
- Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts, with practical experience or a keen interest in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven ability to design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a track record of tackling complex technical challenges and delivering innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, capable of working effectively within cross-functional teams and articulating technical concepts clearly.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution.
