Senior Frontend Developer - AngularJS/React.js

Role Overview:

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will serve as a cornerstone of our engineering team, architecting high-performance web applications that define the digital experience for our global user base. You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless, intuitive interfaces. Your work will directly influence our platform's scalability and user engagement, ensuring that our products remain at the cutting edge of performance and design excellence.

You will be expected to lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and drive the adoption of best practices across the development lifecycle in our fast-paced metropolitan office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable, modular frontend components using React.js and AngularJS to ensure a consistent and high-quality user experience across all platforms.
• Optimize web performance by implementing advanced caching strategies, code splitting via Webpack, and efficient state management with Redux to reduce load times and improve responsiveness.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate high-fidelity wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Integrate complex RESTful Webservices to ensure robust data flow between the client-side application and server-side infrastructure.
• Maintain high code quality standards by writing comprehensive unit tests using the Jest Framework and conducting rigorous peer code reviews.
• Manage version control and collaborative workflows using Git to ensure seamless deployment cycles and stable production releases.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in building complex, data-driven web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React.js and AngularJS.
• Proven ability to optimize frontend architecture for speed and scalability, with a deep understanding of browser rendering and web performance metrics.
• Strong proficiency in crafting responsive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces through mastery of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative, agile team structure.
• Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting complex issues and a proactive approach to adopting new technologies to solve business challenges.
