Australia to deliver and support global solutions. What you will be doing • Work closely on web development projects with English speaking colleagues in the UK and Australia

• Take ownership of tasks from the outset and ensure accountability to deliver them on time
• Deliver websites focused on user-centred design, web standards, usability and accessibility
• Advocate for the highest quality, scalable and performant solutions following best practises and testing in various browser and devices • Be security conscious of delivered code and stay informed on security best practices
• Work in cross specialism SCRUM teams, adopt Agile practices and communicate efficiently with your peers
• Continuously develop your skills to reflect the evolving specialism, both for the needs of our customers and for personal development (time for training is provided, where possible)
• Contribute to projects, with guidance from our Front-end team.
• Participate in knowledge sharing through code reviews, pair programming and contribute to regular sessions with developers What you'll need – Technical skills:

You'll be a developer who is confident developing applications, passionate about making a difference for our customers and want to be involved throughout the project lifecycle whilst having experience with:

• Experience in web development with one of the following CMS: Sitecore, Umbraco, or Optimizely
• HTML, CSS adhering to W3C standards
• JavaScript frameworks and libraries – must have experience with NextJs and React
• Cross browser and device testing
• User experience and accessibility testing Knowledge of the following would be beneficial:
• Microsoft technology stack (.NET) and associated IDEs
• Automated testing using Cypress or a similar framework What you’ll also need – Soft skills/approach to work:
• Strong communication skills, ensuring proactive and efficient collaboration across teams for smooth project delivery
• Previous experience working with English-speaking teams
• A strong sense of curiosity and follow-through – you are not afraid to ask questions until you have all of the information you need
• Participating and encouraging constructive feedback and transparent communication to actively foster an open and honest work environment
• Regularly contribute to discussions and reviews of internal processes to optimise delivery and increase efficiency
• A keen interest in keeping up with the latest developments happening in the web development and the wider tech industry
