Senior Frontend Engineer - React.js & React Native

Clinvvo is a fast-growing, profitable Swedish health-tech company building AI for healthcare, with a clinician-and-technologist team across Sweden and India (including IIT and IIM alumni and people from Meta and Adobe).

We are trusted by 200+ hospitals and clinics across Sweden and Germany, and have just secured a $1.5M USD seed round from institutional investors in Europe to accelerate our expansion across Europe, India, the UK, and the US.

The Role :

You will build the web and mobile products that clinicians and patients use every day, across React.js (web) and React Native (mobile). This is a hands-on, high-ownership role - take initiative and drive execution from day one, own architecture and quality, and ship products that reach 200+ hospitals and clinics.

What you'll do :

• Lead in-house development and technical implementation across React Native (mobile) and React.js (web).
• Turn product and business requirements into scalable, maintainable code.
• Own and drive system-architecture decisions, ensuring performance, modularity, and efficiency.
• Build cross-platform apps with shared codebases.
• Collaborate with product, internal teams, and external stakeholders to align the tech roadmap with timelines.
• Help build our engineering culture and, over time, mentor or grow a small team.

What we're looking for :

• 4+ years building production apps with React.js and React Native.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
• Experience building cross-platform apps with shared codebases.
• Familiarity with AWS and secure, cloud-first deployments.
• A self-directed builder who ships and owns quality end to end.

Good to have :

• Familiarity with GDPR, healthcare compliance, or HL7 / FHIR standards.
• Angular exposure.
• Experience mentoring or leading a small team.
