Senior Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in React.js and Node.js to lead the design and development of scalable web applications. You will play a key role in architecture decisions, mentoring junior developers, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Development & Architecture :

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications
• Architect end-to-end solutions using React.js and Node.js
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Lead technical design discussions and code reviews

Backend (Node.js) :

• Build robust RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
• Design microservices architecture
• Optimize server performance and scalability
• Implement secure authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth)
• Work with databases (SQL & NoSQL)

Frontend (React.js) :

• Develop complex, high-quality UI systems
• Optimize rendering performance and state management
• Implement advanced patterns (hooks, lazy loading, code splitting)

DevOps & Deployment :

• Work with CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Use Docker/Kubernetes for containerization

Required Skills :

Core Technologies :

• 5 years of experience in full stack development
• Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js
• Advanced JavaScript (ES6 ) knowledge

Databases :

• MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Database design and optimization

Tools & Frameworks :

• Redux / Context API
• Git (version control)
• API design (REST / GraphQL)

Performance & Security :

• Application performance tuning
• Secure coding practices
• Debugging and profiling skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of serverless computing
• Familiarity with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Experience in testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)
• Prior experience leading teams or projects

Leadership & Soft Skills :

• Ability to mentor junior developers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Ownership and accountability

Experience :

• 8 years in software development
• 8 years working with React.js and Node.js

Nice-to-Have :
