About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will come from leading product-based organizations and possess experience building scalable, high-performance applications used by large customer bases.

This role offers an opportunity to work on complex engineering challenges, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the architecture and development of modern web applications.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing web applications using Node.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Build reusable frontend components and backend services with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support business applications.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology decisions.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers where applicable.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from Tier-1 institutes such as IITs, IIITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, or other premier engineering institutes.
• 2 - 4 years of software development experience in product-based companies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and React.js.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Good understanding of system design, scalability, and distributed systems concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is preferred.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience working in fast-paced product environments or high-growth startups.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures and message queues such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Contributions to open-source projects or strong competitive programming background will be an advantage.
