Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong programming expertise and a solid understanding of DevOps practices . The ideal candidate will work on building new features, improving existing systems, and ensuring smooth deployment and scalability of our AI-powered platform. You should be comfortable working across both frontend and backend while also handling infrastructure and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications (frontend + backend)
• Build new features and enhance existing functionalities
• Design, develop, and manage APIs and database architecture
• Handle deployments, CI/CD pipelines , and server management
• Collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams
• Ensure application security, reliability, and scalability
• Monitor, debug, and optimize system performance

Required Skills

• Strong experience in PHP (preferred) and/or Python
• Experience with frameworks like Laravel , Django , or similar
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript,React js, next js
• Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and integrations
• Familiarity with Git and version control

DevOps & Infrastructure

• Experience with server management and deployments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms ( AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean )
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Experience with Docker / containerization
• Understanding of monitoring and logging tools
• Email infrastructure/postfix/dovecot( preferred)

AI & Modern Tools

• Experience with AI development tools like Cursor , GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Ability to leverage AI tools for coding, debugging, and productivity

Additional Preferred Skills

• Understanding of system architecture and scalability
• Experience with Redis or caching mechanisms
• Knowledge of security best practices
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving ability
• Self-driven and able to work remotely
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and ownership mindset
