Senior Full Stack Developer - Python/React.js

Role : Senior Full Stack Developer

Experience : 7+ Years

Location : Mumbai (Onsite)

Must-Have Skills :

• 7+ years of strong Full Stack Development experience
• Hands-on experience with React, JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend scripting, data processing, automation and API integration
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to build clean, responsive and intuitive interfaces
• Experience with data visualization using Plotly, Recharts, Chart.js, D3.js or similar libraries
• Strong experience in API integration and backend development
• Experience developing web-based tools, applications, reports, analytics dashboards and data-driven workflows
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT Codex, GitHub Copilot or similar
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong ownership from concept to delivery
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Good to Have :

• Experience with Plotly, Recharts, Chart.js or D3.js
• Prototype development experience
• Hands-on experience with Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex
• Experience in improving application performance, scalability and maintainability

Important :

We are looking for candidates who can independently own projects end-to-end, propose better technical/design solutions, and demonstrate practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools for development, code review, debugging and optimisation.
