Senior Full Stack Developer

Hiring for reputed Software consulting and IT services company dedicated to helping clients leverage information technology for business empowerment.We are seeking for experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and React.js to join our product engineering team. This US customer-facing role involves working closely with enterprise clients to understand business requirements and lead technical solutioning under architectural guidance. The ideal candidate will have a background in product-based environments and a proven track record of building scalable, high-performance applications.

• *Key Responsibilities
• Analyze functional and technical requirements.
• Lead backend development using Node.js, APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Contribute to frontend architecture and collaboration using React.js.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Drive API development, integrations, and cloud-based deployments.
• Participate in system architecture and design discussions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide production support.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
• Self starter and high motivation for the job
• In office presence required 5 days a week.

• Candidates must have 8 to 12 years of overall software development experience to be successful in this role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js is essential and required for this position.
• Proficiency in React.js is a non-negotiable baseline for contributing effectively to frontend development.
• A strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture is a prerequisite for designing scalable systems.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is required to support cloud-based deployments.
• Strong database knowledge in both SQL and NoSQL systems is essential for managing data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with client-facing exposure are required to work closely with US enterprise clients.
• The ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions is a must-have skill for this role.

• Understanding of security best practices is preferred to ensure robust and secure application development.
