Role Overview:

We are looking for aSenior Full Stack Engineerwith strong expertise inReact.js/Vue.js and Java/Node.jsto join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizinglarge-scale eCommerce applicationswhile ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance. You will collaborate withProduct Managers, Engineers, and Designersto build innovative features that enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product Managersto design and define new product features.

• Writehigh-quality, scalable, and maintainablecode, advocating for best coding practices.
• Influence thetechnical directionof the engineering team and define solutions forcomplex, multi-team projects.
• Serve as akey member of a Scrum team, actively participating inplanning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Lead and contribute toCommunities-of-PracticeandContinuous Education programs.
• EnsureUI performance optimization and accessibility best practicesare implemented for an enhanced user experience.

Required Qualifications:Bachelor s or Master s degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ yearsof hands-on experience inJavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 4+ yearsof experience withReact.js or Vue.js.
• 4+ yearsof backend development experience inJava or Node.js.
• Experience withTypeScriptis a plus.
• Background inlarge-scale eCommerce systemsis highly desirable.
• Strong understanding ofUI performance and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working withREST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
• Familiarity withversion control systems.
• Excellentproblem-solving skillsand the ability tomentor team members.
