Role Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who can lead architecture, define engineering standards, and own critical product domains end-to-end. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, and system design, while also mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence across teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead architecture and design across Django, React JS, TypeScript, and AWS.
- Own product domains from development through production operations.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
- Define engineering best practices for code quality, testing, and observability.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through reviews, feedback, and technical guidance.
- Drive root-cause analysis and post-mortems for production incidents.
- Partner with product and business stakeholders to shape technical roadmaps.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Required Skills &
Experience :
- 6 years of experience building and owning production applications.
- Strong expertise in Python and Django architecture.
- Advanced React JS development and frontend architecture experience.
- Deep understanding of TypeScript and type-safe application design.
- Strong AWS infrastructure and cloud architecture experience.
- Experience with CI/CD, scalability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Strong system design and architectural decision-making skills.
- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
Preferred :
- Experience in fintech, banking, payments, or other regulated industries.
- Experience designing highly secure and auditable systems.
- Exposure to multi-tenant platforms and high-volume transactional systems.
