Lead code reviews and establish engineering best practices to maintain high standards of code quality and system reliability across the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot critical production issues and implement long-term architectural improvements that reduce technical debt.
Mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-impact delivery.
Requirements :
Product Companies experience is mandatory.
B.Tech or Dual degree from Tier 1 Engineering Institutes. Candidates from other institutions will be considered only if they have experience in top-tier product companies.
Work Model :
Hybrid role (2 days WFO in Bangalore).
