Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Develop scalable and secure backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures.
• Develop responsive, reusable, and high-quality frontend applications using Angular or React.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.
• Review code and ensure adherence to engineering standards, design principles, and best practices.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and drive application optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
• Lead modernization, migration, and enhancement of existing applications.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and other engineering teams.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and application reliability.

Required Technical Skills :

• 9 - 12 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17.
• Extensive experience with :
• Spring Boot
• Spring MVC
• Spring Security
• REST APIs
• Microservices Architecture
• Strong hands-on frontend development experience with Angular or React.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Strong SQL and database experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Maven/Gradle.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, Design Patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and production support.
• Strong understanding of scalable and maintainable application architecture.
