Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Java + React)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build secure, scalable web applications using Java 21, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases, write clean code, and drive sprint commitments.
• Own feature delivery end-to-end from requirements analysis to production releases.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and help establish high quality standards.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development, refactoring, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor and monitor the team

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (Required).
• Backend: 5-10 years exp, Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, REST APIs, SOLID design principles.
• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, responsive web design.
• Database: Strong PostgreSQL schema design and query optimization skills.
• Testing: JUnit, unit and integration testing.
• AI-First Workflow: Daily experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Windsurf) for code generation, debugging, and testing.
• DevOps & Delivery: Git, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Jenkins), Docker, Linux environments.
• Security: OWASP Top 10, dependency updates, tools like SonarQube or Snyk.

Preferred

• Experience building SaaS products in FinTech, Tax, or Compliance domains.
• Startup mindset with experience owning features from concept to production.
