Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with 7 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience building scalable, high-performance applications in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain Microservices-based applications following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party systems and services.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and application defects.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the development team.

Required Skills &

Qualifications :

• 7 years of experience in Java application development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java (Java 8/11/17).
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing Microservices.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Understanding of design patterns, object-oriented programming (OOP), and software engineering principles.
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Knowledge of Maven/Gradle build tools.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.

Education :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
