Senior Java Developer - Spring Boot

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust Java-based applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Java developers on coding standards, best practices, and design approaches.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
• Develop and maintain microservices and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to software development and coding standards.
• Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical and production issues.
• Analyze application performance and implement improvements for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Stay current with emerging Java technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, product, and other engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
