Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Role Overview :

As a Senior Java Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of high-performance web applications. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to translate complex business requirements into robust, maintainable code. This role is pivotal in shaping our technical roadmap, ensuring that our platforms remain scalable and secure while delivering a seamless experience to our end users across multiple distributed environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot to ensure high availability for enterprise-grade applications.
• Design and implement responsive, user-centric front-end interfaces using AngularJS to enhance overall user engagement and platform usability.
• Lead the migration and maintenance of monolithic systems into a robust Microservices Architecture to improve deployment frequency and system resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform code reviews and establish best practices that maintain high standards of code quality and security.
• Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks in the full-stack lifecycle and implementing effective caching and database tuning strategies.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in building complex server-side applications using Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem, with a deep understanding of RESTful API design.
• Proven ability to develop dynamic, single-page applications using AngularJS, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and high performance.
• Strong proficiency in designing and deploying Microservices Architecture, including experience with containerization and orchestration tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior developers within the team.
• Ability to thrive in a distributed work environment, maintaining high levels of productivity and collaboration across multiple time zones and locations.
• A minimum of 6 to 10 years of professional experience in full-stack software development, preferably within a fast-paced product-based environment.
