Location : Mumbai / Pune (Hybrid 3 Days Work from Office)

Shift : 12:00 PM 9:00 PM

About the Role :

We're looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer who enjoys building scalable backend systems and intuitive frontend experiences. If you have strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS, and enjoy solving complex engineering problems, we'd love to connect.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade applications that impact business-critical operations.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance Microservices-based architectures.
• Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS.
• Create and consume REST APIs to enable seamless integration across systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize applications for scalability and reliability.

What We're Looking For :

Must-Have Skills :

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and J2EE technologies.
• Solid experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
• Good experience developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong frontend development experience using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Nice to Have :

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with code quality and defect tracking tools such as SonarQube, Jira, etc.
• Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
