About the Role :

Divergent Software Labs is looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building scalable enterprise applications while integrating modern AI technologies such as LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications.
• Build scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Develop responsive, high-performance frontends using React.js or Angular.
• Integrate AI capabilities using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, or similar frameworks.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Build and deploy applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.

Required Skills :

• 6-10 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in :
• Java 11/17+

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Preferred AI Skills :

• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini).
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
• Experience developing AI Chatbots or AI Agents.
• Prompt Engineering and AI workflow orchestration.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS or product development is an added advantage.
