Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java / Python (Integration) Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Python, MongoDB, Microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices, along with proven experience leading development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying enterprise applications.
Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Java and Python-based solutions.
Design and develop scalable REST APIs and Microservices.
Develop and optimize MongoDB databases, including administration and performance tuning.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best engineering practices.
Drive Agile delivery, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical governance.
Mentor team members and support technical growth.
Manage project delivery, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
Implement CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines.

Mandatory Skills :

10 to 12 years of software development experience.
Strong expertise in Core Java and Python.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB development, administration, and performance tuning.
Experience building REST APIs and Microservices.
Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and Distributed Systems.
Hands-on experience with Jenkins and/or Ansible.
Experience with Git.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proven experience leading development teams of 5 members.
Excellent communication, mentoring, stakeholder management, and delivery management skills.
