We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Python Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend applications using Python and modern web frameworks. You will play a key role in building high-performance, secure, and reliable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products.
As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior developers, participate in architectural decisions, and promote engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python and Django to support high-traffic applications and improve system performance.
- Orchestrate containerized deployments using Docker to streamline development workflows and ensure consistency across staging and production environments.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS to optimize resource utilization, enhance security, and reduce operational latency for end-users.
Development & Architecture :
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python.
- Participate in architectural reviews and technical decision-making processes.
Leadership & Mentorship :
- Mentor junior developers to foster professional growth.
- Promote engineering best practices and code quality standards.
Requirements :
- 5 -12 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in modern web frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
