Role Overview :
As a Senior React Developer, you will be responsible for architecting and maintaining high-performance front-end applications that serve as the primary interface for our enterprise clients. You will collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to translate complex business requirements into seamless, responsive user experiences.
Your work will directly influence the scalability and usability of our platforms, ensuring that our digital products remain intuitive and performant under heavy user loads. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in India, requiring a high degree of autonomy and technical ownership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and develop scalable front-end components using React.js to ensure high code reusability and maintainability across multiple projects.
- Integrate complex RESTful web services to ensure seamless data flow between the client-side interface and backend infrastructure.
- Optimize application performance by implementing efficient state management strategies using Redux and React hooks to reduce load times and improve responsiveness.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate high-fidelity wireframes into pixel-perfect, accessible, and interactive web interfaces.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and architectural integrity within the team.
- Manage version control and deployment workflows using Git to ensure smooth continuous integration and delivery cycles.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building complex, single-page applications using React.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in crafting responsive layouts using HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap, with a keen eye for design consistency and user accessibility.
- Proven ability to manage complex application states and side effects using Redux and React hooks in large-scale production environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional team members.
- A disciplined approach to remote work, showing the ability to manage time effectively and deliver high-quality results in a distributed team environment.
- Minimum of 5 to 12 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a track record of delivering robust web solutions.
