Role Overview:

As a Senior Software Developer, you will serve as a technical anchor for our core product teams, driving the design and implementation of scalable backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional product managers, architects, and DevOps engineers to translate complex business requirements into high-performance technical specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and build scalable microservices using Java to support high-traffic enterprise applications.
• Design modular system architectures that prioritize performance, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Implement and optimize RESTful webservices to ensure seamless integration between internal and external platforms.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and engineering best practices.
• Automate deployment pipelines and integrate CI/CD workflows to accelerate release cycles and improve system stability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine technical requirements and align development efforts with business objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to minimize downtime and enhance overall system reliability.

Required Skillset:

• Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying complex systems using Java and advanced design patterns.
• Proven ability to build and manage microservices architecture in a distributed environment.
• Strong proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and managing database performance for large-scale applications.
• Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and practices to streamline software delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, backed by 5 to 10 years of professional software development experience.
