Senior Software Development Engineer - C++ Programming

Experience :

• 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on C and a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Modern Development Tools :

• AI-Powered Development : Demonstrated proficiency with AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI code assistants) for enhanced code generation, review, and debugging.
• LLM Understanding : A solid understanding of prompt engineering and experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to boost automation and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer high-performance, multithreaded C applications to ensure system stability and low-latency execution for mission-critical business processes.
• Collaborate with software architects to design scalable system components that meet evolving product requirements and long-term technical goals.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance profiling to identify bottlenecks and implement optimizations that enhance overall system throughput.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing best practices in memory management, concurrency, and modern C standards to elevate the collective technical proficiency of the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues by performing deep-dive root cause analysis to maintain high availability and service reliability for our clients.

Tech Stack :

• Framework : Experience with the Qt framework is a significant plus.
• Version Control : Familiarity with version control (Git is preferable).
• OS/IDE : Preferably Windows, Visual Studio, or Visual Code.

Agile Mindset :

• Proven experience working within an Agile Scrum development framework.
