Senior Software Engineer - Java / GoLang

Experience : 6 - 8 Years

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong backend engineering experience in Java and/or GoLang, distributed systems, microservices, and data platforms.

Must-Have Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience with Java / GoLang
• Expertise in Distributed Systems & Microservices
• Experience building Data Pipelines using Kafka, Spark, Data Lake / Data Warehouse
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, including Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Data Quality
• Experience with REST APIs & Platform Engineering
• Strong knowledge of RBAC / ABAC / IAM / Security
• Experience designing and developing scalable, reliable backend systems

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices
• Build highly reliable distributed systems and platform components
• Develop and optimize real-time/batch data pipelines
• Work with Kafka, Spark and modern data platforms
• Implement data governance, lineage, metadata and data-quality capabilities
• Develop secure REST APIs and platform services
• Implement authorization and access-control mechanisms using RBAC/ABAC/IAM
• Collaborate with product, data, infrastructure and security teams
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive performance improvements
