Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Team Lead to lead a legacy application modernization initiative involving migration of WebLogic/EJB based applications to a modern React and Spring Boot architecture. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, technical leadership, delivery governance, hands on development, code quality, and mentoring the team to deliver at speed while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end migration of legacy EJB based screens to React and Spring Boot.
• Analyze existing WebLogic/EJB implementations and define modernization approaches.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand business workflows and translate requirements into technical designs.
• Drive architectural decisions while ensuring existing Mainframe and Salesforce integrations remain intact.
• Establish coding standards, design guidelines, testing strategy, and review mechanisms.
• Perform hands on development for critical components across React and Spring Boot.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and quality assessments.
• Ensure sufficient unit test coverage and automation to compensate for constrained functional testing timelines.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively.
• Lead sprint planning, task allocation, and technical mentoring of team members.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must to have skills

• 4 years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
• Experience with WebLogic, EJBs, and legacy application modernization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working with Mainframe integrated applications and Salesforce APIs.
• Expertise in JUnit, Mockito, Jest, React Testing Library, SonarQube, and code quality practices.
• Experience leading Agile delivery teams.
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem solving skills.

Good-to-have skills:

• Experience in UI modernization programs.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with modernization accelerators and migration frameworks.
