Must-Haves for this Role :
BE/B.Tech/MCA with 4 to 6 years of professional software development experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, C++, or C#, with a solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, along with modern development practices including Agile, Git, and Jira.
Commitment to writing high-quality, well-tested code with strong test coverage.
Experience leveraging AI-powered coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, or similar) to improve development efficiency and code quality.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
