Senior Software Engineer - Python/React.js

Position: Senior Software Engineer (AI, Python, React)

Total Experience: 3 - 5 years

Location: Bengaluru

Working Days: 5 Days from Office

Notice Period: 30 Days (Maximum)

What you will do :

• Work directly with customers to understand business processes, pain points, and technical requirements.
• Design and develop custom AI-powered applications and workflows.
• Build scalable backend services using Python and develop modern front-end interfaces using React.js.
• Guide and handle a team independently.
• Integrate third-party APIs, enterprise systems, and data sources.
• Deploy and customize AI solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Create, evaluate, and optimize prompts for business use cases.
• Build conversational AI systems, copilots, knowledge assistants, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver solutions quickly.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical guidance during implementations.
• Participate in client meetings, solution workshops, and technical discussions.
• Document solutions, integrations, and implementation approaches.

Tech Stack &

Requirements :

• Strong Full-Stack AI Engineer profile with Python, React, and LLM/GenAI experience.
• 3 years of software development experience, building and deploying production-ready applications.
• Customer-facing experience: requirement gathering, translating business needs into solutions, working directly with stakeholders.
• Strong Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django) and REST API development.
• Hands-on React.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Understanding of software architecture, SQL, and database design.
• Experience with AI/GenAI/LLM projects (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama).
• Hands-on prompt engineering, RAG, and frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, copilots, or workflow-automation systems.
• Ability to handle and guide a team independently with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Evidence of shipping AI/software solutions that created measurable business impact.
