Senior Solution Architect :

Key Responsibilities :

• Strong expertise in Java/Python, Spring Boot, Microservices, Micro Frontend, REST APIs, GraphQL, distributed systems, and enterprise integration architecture.
• IT Architecture Leadership : Define enterprise-wide solution architecture, technology strategy, and integration approaches across multiple domains, products, and platforms.
• Solution Decomposition & Architecture Governance : Lead decomposition of large-scale enterprise solutions into reusable components and ensure alignment with architecture standards and governance frameworks.
• Solution Feasibility and Sustainability : Drive architectural reviews and collaborate across architecture teams to ensure solutions are sustainable, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Non-Functional Requirements Leadership : Establish and govern enterprise-level non-functional requirements covering security, scalability, resilience, performance, compliance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Delivery Strategy & Service Design : Define architecture delivery approaches, tooling strategies, engineering practices, and service design models to support large-scale transformation programs.
• Technical Risks and Strategic Opportunities : Proactively identify technology risks, architectural trade-offs, modernization opportunities, and innovation initiatives across the organization.
• Emerging Technologies & Innovation : Lead evaluation and adoption of emerging technologies, AI/GenAI capabilities, cloud-native platforms, and modernization frameworks while establishing enterprise standards.

Key Skills &

Experience :

• 16-18 years of overall IT experience with a strong Java technology stack.
• Proven experience as a Senior Solution Architect / Principal Solution Architect / Lead Architect in designing and driving enterprise-scale solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in Java/Python, Spring Boot, Microservices, Micro Frontend, REST APIs, GraphQL, Distributed Systems, and Enterprise Integration Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with GCP (Preferred) or Azure/AWS, including cloud transformation, modernization, digital engineering, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Experience defining solution architecture strategy, application portfolio planning, architecture governance, technology modernization roadmaps, and enterprise architecture alignment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, non-functional requirements, scalability, security, performance, resilience, compliance, and architecture best practices.
• Demonstrated experience in solution decomposition, enterprise integration, platform strategy, reusable architecture patterns, and governance frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs, influencing strategic architecture decisions, and collaborating with executive business and technology stakeholders.
• Proven ability to drive technology evaluation, standardization, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/Generative AI.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide architects, technical leads, and engineering leadership teams.
• Extensive experience defining and governing delivery approaches, engineering standards, architecture review processes, and service design models.
• Experience identifying and mitigating technical risks, managing architecture trade-offs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• TOGAF Certification - Mandatory.
• Cloud Certification - GCP (Preferred) / Azure / AWS.
• AI/Generative AI Certification - Preferred.
• Experience working in large enterprise/GCC environments is highly preferred.
