ServiceNow Developer

Job Description:

Seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in ITSM and IRM (GRC) modules. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• 8 years of IT experience with 5 years in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Service Catalog).
• Hands-on experience with IRM/GRC modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow best practices.
• ServiceNow CSA certification preferred; ITSM/IRM certifications are a plus.
• Good communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
