Software Developer - Java/Python/C#

Responsibilities :

• Apply engineering science and technology, including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and implementation of products.
• Leverage debugging and testing processes and protocols to finalize code.
• Perform new feature exploration of each solution to determine feature-fit for strategic and tactical program activities.
• Work on new development and defect fixes.
• Address planned and unplanned production issues, coordination, maintenance, communication, and business support.
• Document and implement change control and best practices regarding system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity.
• Perform operations tasks such as monitoring application performance.
• Collaborate with other members of the engineering team to design new features.
• Identify areas for process and efficiency improvement.
• Continuously improve software engineering practices and built-in automation for manual processes.

Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, Go, or similar).
• Knowledge of modern software development frameworks and platforms.
• Understanding of software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD practices.
