Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications and REST APIs
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Optimize application performance and database queries
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Preferred candidate profile
- 23 years of experience in PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, CakePHP, etc.) or Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
- Strong understanding of OOP concepts and MVC architecture
- Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Knowledge of REST API development and integrations
- Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3)
- Familiarity with Git and version control
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in Linux environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree, PayU, PhonePe)
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP, or DigitalOcean
- Knowledge of Redis, Docker, or message queues
- Familiarity with React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience in ERP / EdTech / FinTech / SaaS domains
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and WebSocket technologies
