Summary of Role

As our Senior AI Engineer, you are the technical architect who will bring Execo's Generative AI vision to life. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will design, build, and deploy sophisticated multi-agent workflows—moving beyond basic API calls to create autonomous systems that solve complex global business problems.

Your Impact & What You'll Do

• Architect Autonomous Agents: Design sophisticated, multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen to tackle multi-step, complex problems.
• Build the Brain: Implement autonomous agents capable of advanced task decomposition, persistent memory management, and intelligent tool usage.
• Own the End-to-End AI Stack: Manage the full generative AI lifecycle, from building advanced RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector databases to developing RESTful APIs.
• Deploy for Global Scale: Containerize (Docker) and deploy AI services across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure they are scalable and production-ready.
• Innovate & Lead: Serve as the go-to technical expert, collaborating with global teams to set the standard for responsible, high-impact AI development.

• Python Expertise: 5 years of deep experience in Python with a proven history of building scalable, production-grade applications.
• Hands-On AI Builder: Demonstrable experience building with GenAI models (GPT, LLaMA, Stable Diffusion) and a deep understanding of core AI concepts.
• Agentic Framework Fluency: Expert knowledge of the modern AI stack, specifically frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Ecosystem Knowledge: Comfortable navigating the full workflow, including vector databases, RAG pipelines, and API development.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: Strong footing in AWS, Azure, or GCP with a clear understanding of MLOps and getting code into production.
• Architectural Ambition: You are ready to move past standard development into multi-agent orchestration and global-scale autonomous systems.
