Position : Software Developer (Python, React/Vue)

Overall/Total Experience : 2-4 years only

Location : Mumbai/Bengaluru (In Office), Remote (Other cities in India)

Working Days : 5 Days

Notice Period Requirement : 30 Days (Maximum)

Company Size : Startup / Small Enterprise

Role & Responsibilities :

You will

• Build and own features end-to-end from design - deployment - scale.
• Architect scalable, loosely coupled systems powering AI-native workflows.
• Create robust integrations with 3rd-party systems.
• Push boundaries on reliability, performance, and automation.
• Write clean, tested, secure code and continuously improve it.
• Collaborate directly with Founders & Snr engineers in a high-trust environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Full stack/Backend engineer profile
• Must have 2 years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer (backend-heavy)
• Must have 1.5 strong experience in Python, building REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures
• Must have hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Must have hands on experience with using AI tools (eg : Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codeium, Deepdcode) for coding.
• Must have solid experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Must have hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and SNS
• Must have working experience with Linux environments, Apache, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring
• Must have strong fundamentals in Data Structures, Algorithms, OS concepts, and system design
• Must be from Product companies (Preferably Top product companies, AI native companies, B2B SaaS)
• Must have atleast 2 years of experience in each of the previous companies (if less exp, then proper reason)
• Candidates who have owned end-to-end product development or worked on app development projects during their graduation will be highly preferred.
• The role offers a mix of work setups, including remote, Mumbai (in-office), and Bangalore (in-office) opportunities
