Location : Gurugram (Work from Office)

Experience : 6-9 years

Tech Stack : Node.js, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Redis, Kafka, Microservices, Distributed Systems

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop highly scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems using Node.js.
• Architect, optimize, and manage SQL databases for high-performance applications.
• Implement and manage event-driven architectures using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
• Ensure observability and monitoring (logging, tracing, and alerting).
• Optimize API performance for low-latency, high-throughput applications.
• Drive system design discussions and propose scalable solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Troubleshoot scalability issues and handle high-concurrency traffic.

Requirements :

• 5-7 years of experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), and database design.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with Kafka, Redis, and scalable backend systems.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Strong system design and architectural decision-making skills.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical projects.
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) is a plus
