Software Development Engineer III - Full Stack Development

We are looking for a highly skilled SDE 3 - Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend engineering to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and real-time communication using WebSockets, along with solid backend fundamentals.

You will work closely with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver intuitive, resilient, and scalable web experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain complex frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6 )
• Build real-time, event-driven web applications using WebSockets
• Translate product requirements and UX designs into high-quality, performant UI components
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services
• Lead frontend architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions
• Write clean, reusable, testable code and conduct code reviews
• Mentor junior engineers and drive frontend best practices
• Participate in agile ceremonies and deliver features end-to-end

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript
• Proven experience building real-time web applications using WebSockets
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser internals
• Experience with frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
• Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js / Java / Python any one)
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
