Software Engineer - Backend Developement

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Backend Engineer with 2 - 4 years of experience in backend development and platform engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong programming expertise in Golang (Go), Kafka, Redis, and MySQL, along with hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes.

The role involves developing scalable backend systems, managing cloud infrastructure, optimizing platform performance, and contributing to reliable deployment and traffic management solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and automation solutions using Go.
• Build and manage event-driven systems using Kafka.
• Work with Redis and MySQL for caching, data management, and database optimization.
• Maintain and scale cloud infrastructure on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Manage traffic routing, deployment strategies, and infrastructure integration.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, performance, and availability.
• Collaborate with platform engineering teams on service scaling and infrastructure enhancements.
• Contribute to networking, monitoring, and Application Performance Monitoring (APM) initiatives.

Required Skills &

Experience :

• 2 - 4 years of relevant experience in backend development or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Golang (Go).
• Good working knowledge of Kafka, Redis, and MySQL.
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of cloud networking concepts, particularly AWS networking.
• Experience in backend-heavy development environments.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
