Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer (Java)

Description

• 1. Handling and delivering projects from conceptualization, visualisation to technology mapping and final execution of projects.

• 1. Hands-on expertise and experience in JavaScript technologies like Node (Express, Sails, Koa), React, Angular, Vue and Typescript ,Experience in PHP frameworks like Laravel, Codeigniter, Yii & CakePHP

• 1. Handling Project scope and change requests (CR).

• 1. Interacting with clients to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project.

• 1. Guiding the team in defining the technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalise the DB schema.

• 1. Planning and allocating work to the team and setting its priorities.

• 1. Establishing ways for team members to complete their tasks within the allocated time frame.

• 1. Monitoring development activities and reporting project progress.

• 1. Providing technical guidance/support to the team.

• 1. Modifying and troubleshooting applications and programs during the development phase.

• 1. Liaison with the project team and delivering projects as per scheduled milestones(risk/quality/time).

• 1. Work hands-on in Critical situations to ensure schedule delivery.

• 1. Establishing good communication channels between the team and other departments.

• 1. Contribute to resource allocation for projects.

• 1. Provide estimation for Projects as and when required.

• 1. Prepare Time Sheets of the team.

• 1. Contribute to Identifying project risks and share such information with stakeholders.
