Role Overview :
As a Software Engineer, you will be at the heart of our technical operations, building and maintaining the backend systems that power our customer-facing applications and internal management tools.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance code.
Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our service delivery and the overall digital experience for our growing user base, ensuring that our systems remain resilient as we scale our operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement robust backend services using Java and Python to support our growing digital infrastructure and ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Apply deep knowledge of data structures and algorithms to optimize system performance, reducing latency in our order management and inventory tracking platforms.
- Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC), from initial requirement gathering and system architecture design to deployment and post-release monitoring.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of our production environments.
- Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high standards of code quality and foster a culture of continuous technical improvement within the engineering team.
Required Skillset :
- Proficiency in developing scalable applications using Java and Python, with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex computational problems by leveraging efficient data structures and algorithms.
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and experience working within agile development environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented setting.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with 0 - 5 years of professional experience in building and maintaining production-grade software systems.
