Job Description :
The job is for a senior software development role with a strong technical background and experience in software development, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop software applications using Java, Python, and Spring Boot
- Design and implement service-oriented microservices architecture
- Implement DevOps practices such as automation, configuration management, continuous integration and delivery, and monitoring
- Work with APIs gateway and messaging queuing protocols such as AMQP
- Develop and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure
- Ensure the development of highly reliable, fault-tolerant distributed applications with a focus on performance and scale
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development for both functional and technical requirements.
- Well experience on development with Java, Python, Spring Boot, service oriented Microservices Architecture and OpenShift.
- Must have experience in DevOps practices like Automation, Configuration Management, Continuous Integration & Delivery, and Monitoring.
- Solid experience in APIs gateway and Messaging Queuing Protocols e.g. AMQP.
- Experience with Spring framework and Databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Mongo DB).
- Expertise working on Cloud Platforms (GCP and Azure) using infrastructure as services.
- Expertise architecting and developing highly reliable, fault-tolerant distributed applications with focus on performance and scale.
- Good understanding of software engineering frameworks, tools, and processes.
- Ability to bring best practices and standards to the project.
- Knowledge of understanding of Securities clearing systems.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
