Role Overview :
As a Software Engineer at Sysmind Tech, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web applications using the latest JavaScript technologies. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver exceptional user experiences and contribute to the overall success of our projects. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations, driving significant business value.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and testable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and Redux for our clients in the financial services and e-commerce industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that meet business requirements and enhance user satisfaction.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues in production and development environments to ensure application stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and ensure code quality across the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and deploying web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and Redux.
- Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end applications.
- Strong understanding of front-end development principles, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with database technologies such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
