Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate and self driven Junior Professional with strong fundamentals in Python and hands on experience working with AI/ML models, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should have a growth mindset, a strong willingness to learn emerging AI technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced development environment.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting edge Generative AI solutions, model fine tuning, prompt engineering, AI agent development, and enterprise AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain Python based applications and services.
• Assist in building and deploying AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Fine tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business use cases.
• Work with prompt engineering techniques to improve AI model responses.
• Develop and integrate AI powered APIs and services.
• Perform data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance tuning activities.
• Collaborate with senior developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Research and learn emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
• Create technical documentation and knowledge sharing artifacts.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must to have skills

• Strong hands on experience in Python.
• Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Familiarity with Python libraries and frameworks.

AI/ML & Generative AI

• Hands on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in model fine tuning and optimization techniques.
• Understanding of Prompt Engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with Transformers, Hugging Face, OpenAI, or similar AI ecosystems.
• Basic understanding of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Knowledge of model evaluation and performance metrics.

Data & APIs

• Experience working with JSON, APIs, and REST services.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data handling.
• Data preprocessing and data preparation skills.

Tools & Platforms

• Git/GitHub/Azure DevOps.
• Jupyter Notebook or equivalent development tools.
• Exposure to Azure AI Services, AWS AI Services, or Google Cloud AI is a plus.

• Is eager to learn and explore new tools and frameworks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or AI Agents.
• Exposure to Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Azure AI Search.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
