Our products Decision Intelligence, Automate, and Audit Server are built on the same engineering stack we deliver to customers.

We work to DORA Elite practice: trunk-based continuous delivery, TDD with automated coverage gates, canary deploys, SLO-driven engineering, no separate QA function. Agentic AI is the default tooling for our engineers AWS Kiro, Anthropic Claude and Claude Code through approved channels accelerating delivery while keeping human judgment on what matters. Responsibilities and seniority scale with experience: Intermediate (47 years) deliver and operate full-stack features with limited guidance; write clean, tested code; participate fully in trunk-based delivery and on-call-aware operability. Senior (710 years) lead technical design within a workstream, set quality and architecture standards, mentor intermediate engineers, and drive the continuous-delivery and reliability practices across the team.

Skill Set: Strong full-stack engineering with hands-on Python and / or Node/TypeScript, plus React on the frontend; sound grasp of object-oriented and modular design for maintainable systems. Practical, production-grade experience with Kubernetes and Docker containerising, deploying, scaling and operating microservices. Test-Driven Development (TDD) as a default discipline, with mutation testing to prove test quality, plus end-to-end and integration test automation.

Trunk-based development and CI/CD with a continuous-delivery mindset small commits, frequent merges, feature flags. GitOps with Argo CD (or equivalent) and progressive delivery (canary / blue-green, automated rollback) for safe, frequent production change.

Experience building and maintaining production-grade, cloud-native applications distributed, fault-tolerant, and designed to scale up and down. Solid experience with databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) schema design, query optimisation and data modelling and with RESTful and event-driven integration.

Working knowledge of observability and operability (metrics, logging, tracing) and secure-by-default engineering (SAST/DAST awareness). Comfort using agentic AI tooling to accelerate development, with sound judgment on where human review and engineering rigour remain essential. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g.

AWS) and infrastructure-as-code. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative product mindset, and a drive to keep current with cloud-native and agentic-AI practice.
