Drive adoption of Databricks, Python In addition to Java-based frameworks within solution development.
Collaborate closely with product owners, data engineering teams, and customer IT & business stakeholders.
Ensure high standards in code quality, system performance, and model governance.
Track industry trends and continuously improve the technology stack adopting newer trends showcasing productization, automation and innovative ideas.
Oversee end-to-end lifecycle: use case identification, PoC, MVP, production deployment, and support.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure team performance and project impact.
All you need is...
13+ years of overall IT experience with a strong background in Telecom domain (preferred).
Proven hands-on experience with Java Full Stack technologies and Cloud DBs
Strong understanding of Design Principles and patterns for distributed applications OnPrem as well as OnCloud.
Demonstrated experience in building and deploying on Azure or AWS via CI/CD practices.
Strong expertise in Java, Databases, Python, Kafkaand Linux Scripting.
In-depth understanding of cloud-native architecture, microservices, and data pipelines.
Solid people management experience: team building, mentoring, performance reviews.
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
Ability to be Hands-On with Coding, Reviews while Development and Production Support
