We are seeking a skilled Automation Developer with strong expertise in Java application development and UI design to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with IT teams across India and North America to design, develop, and implement automation and enterprise application solutions using a combination of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

key responsibilities :

• Collaborate with Architects, Designers, Business Analysts, Application Analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design and develop scalable applications based on business and technical requirements.
• Prepare high-level and detailed design documents and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Provide project estimations and support planning activities for development initiatives.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote coding standards and best practices.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to ensure robust, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in platform modernization, application migration, and technical transformation projects.
• Analyze, define, and document data flows, workflows, business processes, interfaces, and system requirements.
• Ensure compliance with information security standards, governance policies, and architectural guidelines.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support continuous improvement of applications and development processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully within timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring AOP, and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Hibernate, JPA, SQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Mockito and JUnit.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket for version control.
• Understanding of coding standards, code reviews, and software development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Ability to design scalable application architectures and develop clean, efficient code.
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture and large-scale application ecosystems.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and Artifactory.
• Strong experience in REST APIs, API Gateways, and Microservices deployment on Cloud/VM environments.
• Familiarity with API security standards such as OAuth.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
