About the Role

We are looking for a skilled SQL Developer with strong experience in database development, query optimization, and data management. The ideal candidate should be capable of designing efficient database solutions, writing complex queries, and supporting application teams with reliable data access and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain database objects including tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
• Optimize query performance and improve database efficiency
• Support application development teams with database design and troubleshooting
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across systems
• Perform database tuning, indexing, and performance monitoring
• Develop and maintain ETL processes where required
• Participate in production support and issue resolution
• Create and maintain technical documentation for database solutions
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams for data requirements

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SQL development
• Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server or equivalent relational databases
• Strong knowledge of writing stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions
• Experience in query optimization and performance tuning
• Good understanding of indexing, joins, normalization, and database design principles
• Experience with data migration and ETL concepts
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot database issues
• Strong understanding of SDLC and database best practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle Database
• Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with ETL tools
• Basic scripting knowledge in Python

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience in database administration support
• Exposure to cloud databases on Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹477,103.27 - ₹1,304,697.65 per year

Work Location: In person
